Overall they have a good tip and a fairly large body which makes it easy to hold enough paint and paint tiny details.
I also like the handle, it fit well in my hand, better than some of my brushes that are just straight.
I found that the tip got less pointy relatively quickly, but I'm not sure you can expect much more when each brush is less than a pound!
Definitely a good option for your brushes that you need to care less about.
The only issue I have with these is the packaging as at least half of the brushes has the plastic cover (or caps) fallen off the tips, to the brushes were getting bent around before they were even removed from the packet.
If this hadn't happened then this would had been 5 stars as nothing else was wrong with this!
The bristles are all very nice and soft making it easy to get the fine tips where you want them, and they worked perfectly for some very fine detailing I was doing on some models.
Overall, at £7.39 I think it’s a good set for a seasoned pro or a beginner, I have enjoyed using the detail brushes several times already.
Having tested the majority of the brushes I'm impressed with their performance, the bristles haven't fallen out, and it's been very easy to paint smaller, more detailed areas with them. They have erganomic handles, a bit like the pencils children use when learning to write, I'm still undecided whether I like them or prefer round handles, you do have more control, but they are taking some getting used to. The brushes are well marked up with their sizes, and they are easy to clean.
Overall they are a nice, useful set, they have a good selection of sizes, and they work well, so I am happy to recommend them.
There are ten brushes included and they each have a different brush size meaning there is one for however small and precise you need to be. The brushes feel nice to paint with and are smooth to use. I have not noticed any of the bristles coming out which is a good sign that they're good quality.
Unlike other brushes these have a triangular grip to them. I am not a fan of this at all. I don't hold pencils etc. with the so called 'right' grip so for me these triangular grips just get in the way. They remind me too much of the things that my teachers would put on my pencils at school to force me to hold the pencil the 'right' way. It never worked!
The paintbrushes are a nice thickness to hold unlike other smaller ended paintbrushes and I do like this. I have to hold the paintbrush further up or down because of the annoying triangular section but I still find them nice to hold and use.
I like these paintbrushes but for it to be five stars they'd have to get rid of the triangular section. Maybe for most people who hold their pencils correctly this would be a benefit rather than a inconvenience though!

This is a good beginners set and is perfect for my 10 year old granddaughter who really enjoys painting. The brushes look more grown up than the children’s brush set she previously had.
Set is also suitable for adults that are starting to paint as a hobby.
The set is for fine brush work and intricate patterns
